Whistleblowing Channels
The Company provides secure and confidential whistleblowing and complaint channels, together with appropriate protection for whistleblowers against retaliation or intimidation arising from reports made in good faith. These channels form an important part of the Company's Good Corporate Governance framework, helping promote transparency, accountability, and confidence in the integrity of its internal processes.
The whistleblowing channels are available to employees and external stakeholders to report suspected misconduct or concerns, including illegal or unethical conduct, inaccurate financial reporting, deficiencies in internal controls, violations of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, or human rights violations.
